If you would like a custom piece, please fill out this form. If you would like multiple pieces, please only fill out the form once and describe all the pieces you want in the description area. 

When describing what you want, please be specific as you can. Details include: type of chain, charms, length, type of earring hook, etc. Feel free to reference specific pieces on my website- just be sure to use their exact title. If you would rather give me a vague idea and let me take creative control, that is totally fine as well!

Once I have gotten to your request in my queue, I will contact you for a down payment with a final price quote. Price of the down payment is dependent on the final price quote but will never exceed $20. After I receive your down payment, I will get started on your design. I will then send you the mock-up, after which you can make changes or give approval. We can repeat this process as many times as it takes for you to be happy with your piece. After that, I will collect the rest of your payment and send off your new custom piece!
